The Maypole will be in the centre of the Circle</div> <div>   </div> <div> Contents of the Ceremony/Ritual are still to be agreed.</div> <bR> <div> Period dress/dressing up was suggested for anyone wishing to do so, also, people are welcome to bring instruments for a jamming session during the afternoon.</div> <bR> <div> Other attractions suggested and approached include:- Stalls, Morris Dancers (3pm), fire poi, hair braiding, face painting, the Bubbling Pot table, etc.</div> <div> The Bubbling Pot bucket will be taken round.</div> <bR> <div> Paul will bring his gazebo which will have tables on which to put food and drink.</div> <div> <B> Guests will be asked to bring food and/or drink to share. (This request along with period dress option will be included on the flyers.) </B></div> <bR> <div> Paul has offered to put the event in the Citizen and Community events.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>Cycle Ride:-  </B>Paul to see Michael regarding the contact for the Willen run.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Other Events:-</B>  <B>The Summer Ball</B> at the Cannon, Newport Pagnell on 27th June.  Tickets can be reserved as from now.  There will also be an opportunity to bring instruments for a jamming session during the evening.</div> <div> Pam to ask Cherylee about tickets and Ralph about Pagan band.</div> <div> <B>Summer Picnic</B>  22nd August 2009</div> <div> <B>The Real Witches Ball</B> 24th October 2009</div> <bR> <div> <B>A.O.B.  </B>Carol offered to make a start on the Cookery book.</div> <div> Gt. Linford Hall would be ok up to £100 (see A.G.M. Minutes)</div> <div> Carol mentioned some land for sale.  Suggested getting in touch with MK Foundation to see what is available.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> Paul has numbers to call including Tim Clapton.</div> <bR> <div> Meeting ended at 9.30pm</div> <bR> <div> The next Meeting will be on Thursday 16th April 2009.         </div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
