Willen fun run at the Newport Pagnell cycle track being one.  Hopefully Ralph will be able to join us at the next meeting. A date and venue for this event to be arranged</div> <bR> <div> <B>Other ideas for forthcoming events</B>  Psychic Fayre, chanting CD, fashion show, Pagan art exhibition, Bubbling Pot recipe book, (Mark, Carol, Paul & June have recipes)  Almanac/calendar (Mark & Carol have some ideas)  Tarot deck  5 artists e.g. journey of pantheons. (ongoing project)</div> <div> Bubbling Pot Weekend Camp,  A Crystal Healing, certificated workshop run by Kim and Andrea.</div> <div> A traditional 5 day Yule ceremony. (hiring a farm) It was suggested a vote on this was put forward at the A.G.M.</div> <bR> <div> <B>The next events will be a Psychic Fayre:  </B>to be held after 11th April 2009.  Venue and date to be arranged and confirmed.  Sandi  offered to enquire about Gt Linford Memorial Hall and June offered to get in touch with Tony regarding insurance</div> <div> The programme will include stalls, Healing, Reiki, Tarot, refreshments, etc</div> <div> .</div> <div> <B>Free Mayday</B> celebration/fayre at Westbury Farm.  5 Stalls suggested. Pam to get in touch with Westbury to book Saturday 2nd May 2009. To be confirmed.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Summer Ball</B>:  Saturday 20th June 2009.  at the Cannon, Newport Pagnell.  June offered to book venue.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Halloween Ball</B> Saturday 24th October 2009</div> <bR> <div> <B>A.O.B.  </B>Pam to book Bradwell Common Hall for the AGM around 21st Feb 2009 </div> <bR> <div> Land.  The Paintballing venue in Hanslope is possibly closing down.  Gary is in discussion with the possibility of the Bubbling Pot Project managing the land.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Next General Meeting:  No date set.     </B></div> <bR> <div>       .</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
