Paul will pay this with ticket money that he has collected..</div> <bR> <div> Mary has obtained an alcohol licence (£21)</div> <bR> <div> Tickets going slowly but surely and Stewart & Michael have taken 5 tickets each. </div> <div> Under 6`s will not pay.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Music:-  </B>Music by the band `Johnny No Mates`,  George`s Jazz Band,  Earth Spirit- (Jeannie & Adam), Alan & Jonathan have been confirmed.</div> <div> Pam to ring Julian  to ask if he would like to take part.</div> <div> The will also be a PA system. </div> <bR> <div> <B>Tarot:  </B>June has confirmed with Carol D to do some Tarot readings. </div> <div> <B>Face painting by</B> Nikki has also been confirmed by June.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Photographer:-  </B>Kevin  has suggested £6.50 a print to buy on the night  with a Halloween backdrop to pictures.  Also, he will take pictures at random through the evening.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Prizes:-  It was agreed that there would be 6 main prizes for the raffle</B></div> <div> <B>  </B>Paul & Roz are making wooden spoon trophies also, Paul has bought prizes for Halloween costumes.</div> <div> Michael has arranged for a Cinnamon Besom. </div> <div> A handmade wand donated by Craig</div> <div> A handmade mirror donated by Alan</div> <div> A signed CD donated by Damh the Bard</div> <div> A Halloween gift pack donated by Lush</div> <div> Other various prizes may be donated. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>Swot team:-  </B>Men to put out tables & chairs</div> <div> Women to do the decorating</div> <div> All to help to clear up, clearing will also be done during the evening.</div> <div> Michael will sell raffle tickets </div> <div> Raffle to be called by Pam & Derek at 10.40pm</div> <div> Paul to will be on patrol of car park during evening, he will also do front door, sound system and stage. </div> <bR> <div> <B>Other:-  </B> </div> <div> Derek has offered to obtain some apples for apple bobbing</div> <div> Ralph has offered to borrow a coffin for the evening</div> <div> Gary offered to bring some appropriate CDs</div> <bR> <div> Paul will be at the hall by 5.30 everyone else to be there by 6pm. Ralph will deliver the coffin and stay to help from 5 till 8.30</div> <bR> <div> <B>There will be no party poppers</B></div> <div> <B>There will be no alcohol taken off the premises</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Last orders at 11pm, drink up until 11.30.</B></div> <div> <B>Clearing up will start at 11pm, everyone to help.</B></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B><U>YULE BAZAAR  (6/12/08)</U></B></div> <bR> <div> The Yule Bazaar will be announced at the Ball by the compere (Gary)</div> <div> Sandi will book the Bancroft Hall from 12 - 5pm</div> <div> <B>(Carol to speak to Tim Clapton re the refusal for us to use the New Bradwell Hall) </B></div> <bR> <div> There should be room for 14 stalls </div> <div> Stall holders already approached are:-  Kim & Andrea (Crystals),  Gothica(Maggie), Julie & Robert, Kat Gothic ware, Lush, Alan Taylor (Mirrors, etc) </div> <div> Pam has offered to do the Bubbling Pot Bring & Buy table</div> <div> Dawn (Yule flower arrangements), Rachel (Crystals & Reiki) and Hilary Crystal healing)</div> <div> Possible others.</div> <div> Donations required for Tombola (Carol has offered some dolls).</div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <div> Paul suggested offering a stall/collection point for a Charity.  Suggestions were:  Tiggywinkles, the Kennels at Stacy, the Herb Fm at Wolverton (which is part funded by the Christian Foundation) Sandi has offered to phone Michael re this Charity.</div> <bR> <div> Tea and Refreshments stall ran by Carol</div> <div> Committee to make cakes and supply the refreshments. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B><U>Ralph`s & Companies sponsored Cycle ride:- </U></B></div> <bR> <div> It was suggested that the ride take place next Spring (April/May time) for 20-25 miles.</div> <div> Ralph suggested T shirts with the Bubbling Pot logo for the riders, also badges.</div> <div> The ride will be sponsored either for the whole ride or per mile.</div> <div> There will be a big publicity campaign, Carol to inform the P.F. </div> <div> Addresses of Pagans, who else would like to ride.</div> <div> There will be a big send off and the suggested routes were Redways and Canal tow</div> <div> Paths or travelling round outskirts of MK, spiralling inwards </div> <div> A trial run of 2 hours was suggested</div> <div> Paul to speak to D.I Braithwait regarding legalities.</div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Land update</U></B></div> <bR> <div> It would appear that the land at Hanslope is now not an option.</div> <div> It has been agreed that the boundaries of any possible land would be approx a 10 mile radius of MK</div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Some ideas for the 2009 programme</U></B></div> <bR> <div> April/May ……..Sponsored Cycle ride</div> <div> A Summer Ball</div> <div> Pagans in the Park.</div> <div> <B>Ralph has offered to be our Activity Sponsor. </B></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B><U>Advertising</U></B></div> <bR> <div> It was suggested that a wider area will be covered for advertising our events, etc. Paul also suggested asking the C.O.A. to promote our functions</div> <div> Also, to approach Pagan celebrities to support our cause and be aware of what we areworking towards.  Some celebrities suggested were:- Selena Fox and Ian Mac Beth.  Also, Carol offered to get in touch with Lady Ruth from the  FFI.  </div> <bR> <div> <B><U>A.O.B</U></B>.</div> <bR> <div> On behalf of the B.P committee June thanked Mark, Ralph, Stewart and Kevin for coming to the meeting and offering their help for which we are very grateful.</div> <div> Everyone to hold on to their ticket money until the next meeting.</div> <bR> <div> <B>The first Bubbling Pot Project Annual General Meeting will be held on 2</B><B>nd</B><B> February 2009.  All are welcome.  Paul will book a hall.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The next Committee meeting will be Thursday 30</B><B>th</B><B> October 2008 at 8pm.  </B></div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
