(Paul has offered to acquire one).  </div> <div> Someone to ensure that nibbles bowls (if used) are replenished at regular intervals.</div> <div> Take black & pink sacks (to recycle recyclable materials and clear up).</div> <div> Doors open at 7.30 for an 8pm start until midnight.</div> <div> 3 breaks during the evening for 1)  Welcome & update on project progress (if necc), </div> <div> 2)  The raffle and 3)  Goodbye and thank you.</div> <div> Tickets for events will be divided between committee members to sell.</div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Future Fund Raising </U></B></div> <bR> <div> George & his band and other musicians who performed at the Ball would like to be involved in future events.  These included Rooh and Jeannie. George has also volunteered to organise the music side of the events.</div> <div> Stall holders at Folk on the Green and Togfest are very interested in what we are doing and would be interested in bringing stalls to our events.</div> <bR> <div> <U>Future Events & Fund Raising Suggestions</U></div> <div> Annual Solstice Ball</div> <div> Annual Summer Picnic</div> <div> Annual Halloween Ball</div> <div> A full day outdoor event  (June & Sandi may have contacts for a venue)</div> <div> Psychic/Tarot event (Dot has volunteered her support & help)</div> <div> Yule Bazaar (£5 a table + a donation & entrance fee for public)</div> <div> Car boots and Table top sales.</div> <div> Stalls at Folk on the Green and Togfest.</div> <div> A sponsored cycle ride has been volunteered by Ralph (Pam has contact details)</div> <div> A donation based table at Earthlore Moot (all proceeds to fund)</div> <div> Networking and publicity via Moon Moot, Earthlore Moot and Mercian Gathering. </div> <div> Paul has spoken to 3 Counties Radio with a view to an interview.</div> <div> Carol has offered to do articles for MK Citizen after the events.</div> <bR> <div> <U>Venue suggestion</U></div> <div> Hall space at the O.U.</div> <bR> <div> <U>Individual offers of help and support</U></div> <div>  George</div> <div>  Ralph and family </div> <div>  Dot Griffiths</div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Summer Picnic</U></B></div> <div> This will be held on Sat 23rd August (Venue to be confirmed)</div> <div> It will be food and drink to share or bring your own picnic.</div> <div> The donation bucket will be there as the only means of fundraising as this is mainly a bonding and getting together of the Pagan community.</div> <div> There will also be an Earth Healing.</div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Masked Halloween Ball</U></B></div> <div> This event will be held on Sat 25th October at the Lakes Estate community Hall (to be confirmed).  It will be a Masked Ball and tickets will be £6 plus a donation of `food to share`.  There will also be a licenced bar.</div> <div> <U>Music</U></div> <div> George has volunteered to help with this, also, Gary volunteered DJ facilities and Carol said she would speak to her son Dean.</div> <div> There will be 150 tickets to be divided between committee members to sell.</div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Update on Land</U></B></div> <div> Paul located 3.6 acres of land  at Kingswood  which being 20 miles away was thought to be a little to far away and too expensive at the moments.</div> <div> Derek will send notes to Paul from Guy </div> <div> Sandi mentioned land at Brickhill  Woods, also, she would speak to Mick re address of a land owner with idea of possibly buying land with Covenant.</div> <div> Graham (re Carol) has a friend who is the ex head of the Parks Trust who could  (in the future) be approached re Parks Trust land for sale.</div> <div> Paul hasn`t heard from B.P.  and there`s no deal with Sainsburys but Tesco and Asda also own land.  </div> <div> It was suggested that we could obtain a Bubbling Pot account card with Nectar to acquire points to be exchanged for trees.</div> <bR> <div> The meeting ended about 10.45pm</div> <bR> <div> Next meeting will be Thurs 17th July at Paul`s</div> <div>       </div> <div>                                                               Blessed Be!  Pam   </div> <bR> <div>  <U> </U></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
