Bubbling Pot Project
First meeting held at Paul`s on 16th May 2008 at 8 pm

Forms for the bank account were filled in. Bank….HSBC

Account name: `The Bubbling Pot Fund`
Paul has offered to speak with his Mum regarding advice and drawing up a Constitution, which is needed before the bank account can be opened. Paul will try to get this to June by the end of next week to enable the account to be opened.
The signitories. June, Paul and Sandi will then go to the bank and sign the appropriate form.
Project
A discussion ensued on the options we had. Those being:
a) To continue to negotiate with the Parks Trust and/or the Council for the use of a piece of land/woodland or
b) To save through fundraising to buy our own piece of land/woodland.
Everyone in turn then stated what they saw as the best choice as a first step forward.
The decision was unanimous. To save for our own land/woodland through fundraising/events.
Points and suggestions made.
1) On obtaining the land/woodland there is the possibility that the Council would pay us for trees that we might need/want to plant. This will have to be researched.
Other supporters could be the Quakers. This also would have to be looked into.
a) George has offered support with all music needed for events.
2) If a solicitor is needed it was suggested that we either look on Witch Vox for a
Pagan one or ask Carol whether it would be possible to find one through the Pagan Federation.
3)Work and other neccessaties could be Landscaping, Coppicing, taking out Public Liability insurance and divising a booking system.
Fundraising
All possible help we can get to raise funds is needed.
Some fund raising suggestions are: More Balls/parties, Psychic Fares, Car boot, Jumble sales/bring n buy and a donation pot at the Moots.
Paul suggested that half of monies raised at events could be plowed back into the next event.

Bubbling Pot Ball
Paul is going to create flyers to distribute at Ball to update people on project.
Paul has also suggested a book at the Ball for people to sign with their contact details, in order to create a data base to enable us to contact them for future events.
Also to be distributed at the Ball will be Damh the Bard flyers.
Raffle tickets will be sold and a donation bucket taken round during the evening. The Raffle will be held at 9pm and if necessary Paul will say a few words about the project.
The next event at Halloween with also be announced. The `Halloween Bash` will be held on Saturday 25th October 2008.
June is going to try to enquire about the Woughton Centre for the event. Any other suggestions would be good.
All of the Committee/group will donate nibbles for the tables at the Ball and Gary is supplying the bowls.
A Bubbling Pot A.G.M. will be held around Imbolc.
The next general meeting for the Bubbling Pot Project will be Thursday 19th June at Paul`s, 7.30 for 8 pm start.
