THE  BUBBLING

POT   FUND

The local pagans' community drive to bring a piece of land for the local pagans to worship on.
Returning the land to nature and the religions of the land.

A Brief History.

Back in 2008 an attempt was made to build a stone circle or a wooden Henge in Milton Keynes to represent our British / Celtic heritage. This idea was a serious project by a local group who believed it would be a lovely artistic work, a monument to the Ancestors and an educational tool showing the use of the sun and moon as calendars. It would have been built using the old techniques and laid out as a recognition of the seasons and the year.
Unfortunately the local council officials turned down the idea due to future planning for the city.
Shortly afterwards, a small group of local pagans came together and decided to try and raise money through the local community to actually buy a piece of land for this purpose.
It evolved into a project to obtain a piece of land to become a place of spiritual rest and worship for the local pagans.  In this endeavour we have held two Summer Balls, two Halloween Balls, two Yule Bazaars and a few other activities from which we have raised a small amount of money towards the project.
We are now looking to increase our image in the community and look forward towards more people getting involved - no matter what your path, all are welcome.
